Common
Questions
Here are some of the common questions we receive about our service. Don't see the answer you are looking for? Please give us a call or send us an email so we can provide you with the information that you need!
Can you accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and canes?
We are not currently able to accommodate wheelchairs as our vehicles are not equipped with motorized lifts. Additionally, our drivers are not medical professionals trained to provide physical assistance for entering or exiting the vehicle. We gladly accept clients using canes or walkers. It is our pleasure to open doors for our clients and help with safely stowing assistive devices in the rear of the vehicle during travel.
How much advance notice is required for scheduling a ride?
We recommend requesting a ride as soon as you know your date and time. Our service operates on a first-come first-served basis, and we receive booking requests frequently. To improve the likelihood that we can help you with your trip, please schedule your ride as early as possible.
Do you stay with your clients during their entire appointment?
Yes! We stay with our clients throughout their entire journey. Our undivided attention is reserved for a single client at a time, ensuring personalized and dedicated service. We do not book multiple clients simultaneously so that we can focus entirely on the needs of a single client.
How much does the service cost?
The cost of a trip is determined by several factors, primarily distance and time. Due to fluctuating fuel prices and vehicle maintenance costs, we periodically update our pricing. Please submit a request or give us a call to get the most up-to-date pricing specific to your request.
Do you accept ride requests for every day of the week?
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have an early appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Please note that additional fees may apply for requests outside of normal hours. We encourage you to contact us so that we can best understand how to help meet your needs and work with you.
